Biography

Dr. Steve has earned Associate through Doctorate degrees from School of Bible Theology Seminary & University, founded by his late parents, Drs. R.E. & Laura Anderson (both pioneers in Pentecostal ministry for over 72 years). He has worked in many different denominations ministries, schools and churches as a servant, consultant. He also served his community as a police department chaplain. He was appointed regional director for the Traditional Values Coalition (1994-1997) and served by appointment for four years on the California State Republican Party.

For 25 years, 1983-2007 Steve & Deborah pastored Healing Waters Church with campuses in Colton & Riverside, Ca. Since that time as well, he has served in Christian education, imparting and training men and women of God around the world, glorifying the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
